ORDER PROCESS
   ☆ All items are for pre-order. Pre-order period: JULY 7 - JULY 31
   ☆ Shipping will begin as soon as all of the merch items have arrived and are done packaging.
   ☆ Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

SHIPPING
   ☆ Please use a VALID and ACTIVE email for your shipping details so that further updates and concerns can be addressed immediately.
   ☆ Possible delays that occur once the parcel is sent out is no longer in my control. 
   ☆ Please be sure to double check your orders and that all of the information you provided for your shipment is correct.

PACKAGING
   ☆ Bubble mailers will be used for the packaging.
   ☆ I will be using recycled materials for backing (such as old cardboards and bubblewraps) to prevent prints and other items from being crushed, damaged or folded and to minimise cost. I apologise if it may not be aesthetically pleasing to look at but your parcel being packed safely is my first priority!!

REFUNDS / RETURN POLICY
   ☆ All purchased items are non-refundable.
   ☆ I will only refund if: (a) there are missing item/s; (b) your parcel is lost - in which case, you will receive a full refund for the shipping fee - OR - 50% of the items, WHICHEVER is the LOWEST.
   ☆ Returned packages can be sent again but shipping will be covered by the buyer.
   ☆ Please contact me immediately on my social media platforms/email if you ever encounter any of these issues!!
